In 2001 the domain was purshased by the Scottish couple James and Joanna King. 
They have restored de old buildings dating back to the early Middle Ages.
By the purchase 19 ha. were planted with vines. For a period only 12 ha was in produtcion (replanting). Today wines are produced from 18 ha. 
The red wines are made from vineyards around the castle (altitude 300m), and the white varieties from lower situated vineyards. The vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique since 2012.

Ventoux Tradition
2017: 75% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5% Cinsault.

Ventoux La Source
2017: 70% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 5% Cinsault. 
65% aged in barrels for 12 months.

Ventoux La Croix
2017: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. 

Ventoux La Gardy
2016: Mainly Grenache
A cellar selection of the best wines of the vintage. 

Ventoux Cuvée 867
2015: 99% Syah. Aged for 12 month in barrels.
"In 867, the Bishop of Venasque was given Château Unang by the King of Provence.

Ventoux Rosé
2019: 45% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 15% Cinsault.

Ventoux Blanc Tradition
2019: 55% Clairette,  25% Roussanne 10% Grenache Blanc. From the youngest vines

Ventoux Blanc Cuvée Adeline
2019: 65% Roussanne, 20% Clairette 15% Grenache Blanc and other varieties. 20% fermented in new barrels and staying there for 4 month.
