François Busi is the third generation at the property and with a wine education at the university in Montpellier he of course decided to make the wine himself when he took over the family property - in stead of selling the grapes to the cooperative. The first bottling at the domain was vintage 2008.
The 14 ha. of vineyards are certified agriculture biologique since 2011.

2018: 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache.

2019: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah.

2018: 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache..
Aged for 12 months in demi-muids.

Ventoux Rosé Infiniment
2019: 90% Grenache, 10% Syrah

Ventoux Rosé Un Soir d'Été
2019: 75% Syrah, 25% Grenache.

Ventoux Blanc Terre d'Aïlleuls
2019: 40% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 10% Marsanne.
Fermented and then aget in barrels for 6 months.

Ventoux Blanc Terre d'Aïlleuls
40% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 10% Marsanne.
Fermented and then aget in barriques for 6 months.

100% Merlot.
