A few years ago
the place was purchased by a Schwiss business man Werner
Wunderli, who has invested a certain amount of money to build modern
cellars and a luxury hotel, La
Coquillade, in the middle of the vineyards.
The vineyards cover 36 hectares, 8 ha of
Luberon and 28 ha of Ventoux. As a substantial part of the vineyards
have been renovated or replanted the blends of the wines have evolved
through the vintages.
During the creation Mr Wunderli was supported by Andreas Rihs,
former leader of the Phonak and
patron of the BMC cycling
Jean-Marie Lobreau, an experienced winemaker, working with Christophe Feeds
(Vini Concept) cellar designer was deeply involved in
creation of the hyper modern cellar.
Fermentation is carried out using the technological methode of Ganimede®
