got his wine education at
CFFPA
Carpentras Serres. For 8
years he worked with his uncle, who
owned 16 ha from where he
sold the grapes to the cooperative.
When his uncle decided to
sell his vineyards Mikael got 2 ha.
He has made some replantings
to meet the rules of
the
appellation (Grenache, Syrah and
Mourvedre). The age of the vines
is 7-60 years.
80% of the parcels are blue clay
(marl), while 20% are reddish
clay with big stones (galet roulès). His first vintage
was 2011.
The 2 ha
has been
certified agriculture biologique since
2012.
