In 1956 Bruno Rosier's grandfather bought the property. It's today covering 30 ha of vineyards and 20 ha of lavender. The composition of the grape varieties are not typical for the area as 40% are with white varieties of which Viognier counts for 70%. As you can see below the blend of the red wines include some Viognier.

2010: 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Viognier.

Grignan-les-Adhemar Adusiatz
2011. 90% Grenache and 10% Viognier.

Grignan-les-Adhemar Paul
2010: 80% Syrah, 15% Grenache and 5% Viognier.
Aged in barriques for 12 months

Grignan-les-Adhemar Rosé Plaisir
2011: 40% Carignan, 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 15% Viognier and 5% Roussanne. Carignan: press direct.

Grignan-les-Adhemar Blanc Plaisir
2011: 50% Viognier, 20% Grenache Blanc, 15% Roussanne and 15% Marsanne.

Grignan-les-Adhemar Blanc Bergère des Viogniers
2011: 100% Viognier. Fermented and aged in 400 l barriques for 10 months.

IGP Blanc A L'Envol de l'Hirondelle
2011. 100% Viognier.
