For
five generations the Meunier-family has made wine at the place. Since 1990
the domain has been run by Jean Baptiste
Meunier. The name of the estate refers to an old wind mill nearby and
the lieu-dit Gardette.
The domain covers 10 ha of Gigondas.
Since 2012 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.
