"Notre Dame" from a nearby place here, where people trying to avoid the plaigue in the Middle Age could find rest. "Pallières" from a lieu-dit near the small river Trignon - the border between Sablet and Gigondas. 
Until 2015 the domaine was run by two brothers. By the split Claude Roux's family kept the old cellar and half of the wineyards. Outside the cave have been restored and a tasting room have been added.
The important stuff - in the bottles - have not changed as Claude has made them for 40 years and is still overlooking things

Today Notre Dames des Pallières covers 32 ha;  7,5 ha Gigondas, 6,5 ha Rasteau, 10 ha Sablet, 7 ha Lirac and 1 ha Cotes du Rhone.

2017: 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah og 10% Mourvedre.

Gigondas Bois des Mourres
2016: 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah og 10% Mourvedre. Selection from the oldest vines. 20% not destemmed. Aged for 10 months in 0-2-years-old barriques.

Gigondas Rosé
2018: 80% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre. Direct press.

Rasteau Les Ribes
2016: 75% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre og 5% Cinsault. 
40% aged in 3-4-years-old barriques.

Lirac Le Pellegrin
2017: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet L'Olivet
2018: 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Blanc Montmartel
2018: 50% Marsanne, 25% Viognier, 15% Clairette, 10% Marsanne.
70% vinified in new barriques.
