Eric Ughetto has a diploma of viticulture and oenology. In 1990 he returned  to the estate after five years as a professional fireman in Paris.
 His wife since 1999 Sophie Boulet is graduated CAP-BEP-joiner and as BPREA of viticulture and oenology. She is responsible for the accounting and the commercial area but equally educated the couple both works in vineyards and cellar.

The vineyards cover 15,5 ha. - 5 ha in Gigondas, 5 ha i. Vacqueyreas, 5 ha in Sablet and 0,5 ha in Seguret. 
Since 2013 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.

70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre. 
50% aged in demi-muids for 14 months and the rest in cement tank.

Vacqueyras
70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet La Grange des Briguières
70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Cinsault. Aged in foudres for 8 months.

Marsanne, Viognier and Clairette.

Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Le Moulin
70% Grenache and 30% Mourvedre. Aged in foudres for 8 months.
