In
2011 the hotel and most of the vineyards were bought by Anne
and Benoît Baudry.
In 2012 the hotel reopened after restauration during late winter
and spring.
The vineyards cover 15 ha of which 3 ha are Gigondas, 5 ha of Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret
and 7 ha of Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet. The domain is situated
near the border between Sablet and Séguret
between the two communes.

Aged in foudres for 9 months.

2018: 70 % Grenache, 27% Syrah and 3% Carignan.

2018: 75% Grenache, 10% Carignan, 8% Counoise and 7% Syrah. Aged for 6-9 months in foudres.

55% Grenache and 45% Syrah.
Aged for 12 months in barriques.

60% Grenache, 34% Syrah and 6% Carignan/Clairette/Counoise.

2019: 30% Grenache Blanc, 25% Roussanne, 25% Viognier, 20%

The grapes are from vineyards in Sablet and Seguret.
