The Quiot family had a great loss when Jérôme Quiot suddenly died in 2018.
Today it's his wife Geneviève and the two children who have to manage the quite big firm covering around 200 ha of vineyards in Chateauneuf du Pape and Gigondas, Chateau de Trignon

Domaine du Vieux Lazaret

Chateauneuf du Pape
Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Counoise
Matured in oncrete or foudres (15%) for 18 months.

Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvée Exceptionelle
Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre. Selection from the 30 tanks.
Matured for 12 months in concrete and then i barrels for 12 months.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenche Blanc, Roussanne.
Roussane is fermented and matured in barrels for 4 months before blending.

Ventoux
Grenache, Syrah. Blendet before fermentation.

Domaine Duclaux

Chateauneuf du Pape
Grenache, Mourvedre, Counoise, Syrah, Cinsault.
Preblended, partly de-stemmed, 24 months in concrete, part of which takes place in barrels.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
Clairette, Grenache Blanc.
Femented and aged in barrels for 8-10 months

Les Combes d'Arnevel

Chateauneuf du Pape Arnavès
Grenache, Mourvedre, Counoise, Syrah, Cinsault.
Matured for 18 month in concrete. 15% in foudres.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenche Blanc, Roussanne.
Roussane is fermented and matured in barrels for 4 months before blending.
