Patrice Barbieri had led
a transport company specializing in wine before he bought a somewhat neglected property
with associated vineyards on the border between Cairanne and Rasteau in 2013.
The
domain name refers to the Italian city of Cremonde, which was the birthplace of
the famous violin
crafter Antonio Stradivari. Patrice's father is from Cremonde.
The
domain's cellar is situated
in Cairanne in buildings that were previously used by Domaine Rabasse. Here
you can also taste and buy the wines

The vineyards cover 19.2 hectares. 11 ha. is located in Rasteau, 7.2 ha. in Cairanne and 1 ha. in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes.
