Vincent Rochette is 3th generation at the property. In 1998 he decided to leave the co-operative and make and bottle the wines at the estate.
The fields are situated in 3 communes, Visan (7,3 ha.), Buisson (16,6 ha.) and then in Courthezon 0,3 ha. of Cotes du Rhone and 0,3 ha. of Chateauneuf du Pape. 
Certified agriculture biodynamique from 2009.

Wines:

Chateauneuf du Pape
2009: 100% Grenache. 60% aged in demi-muids and the rest in barriques.
From 0,3 ha. at lieu-dit La Cristia. Debut 2009. Expected production 1.500 bt.

Cotes du Rhone Village Visan Père Mayeux
60% Syrah and 40% Grenache. Aged in barriques for about 12 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Visan
60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. Aged in cement tank (70%) and in barriques (30%).

Cotes du Rhone César
55% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre.
Grenache from 50-100-years-old vines. Syrah and Mourvedre 50-years-old.
Aged in barriques for 12 months.

Cotes du Rhone César Blanc
70% Grenache Blanc and 30% Viognier.
Fermented and aged in barriques for about 12 months.

Cotes du Rhone
60% Grenache 20% Carignan, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
20-30% aged in barriques, the rest in cement tank.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier and 20% Clairette.

Cotes du Rhone Le Caillou
From late harvested Grenache planted 1962 with a yield of 10 hl./ha.
Very small parcel in Courthezon. Aged in barriques.
