Jean-Louis Pouzin and his son Rémi run the domain together.
The property has been in possession of the Pouzin family since 1922. In the line of time different crops have been cultivated. Today there is still today  production of lavender from 12 ha. 
The vines cover 50 ha. Biological cultivation was started in the 60ties and is today certified by ECOCERT. New cellars were built in 2000. Until then the grapes were delivered to the co-operative.
