Adrien Fabre is a descendant from the families Fabre and Rouville who have been winegrowers in the area for generations. Florane belonged to his mother's family, Rouville and his father have inherited the fields of l'Echevin from his family, Fabre.
François runs the two domains by help from his son Adrien Fabre. In 2001 when Adrian joined his father at the domain they decided to leave the cooperative and make and bottle the wines themselves after having built new cellars in Visan where wines from both domains are made.

Domaine la Florane covers 24 ha. of vineyards and 30 ha. with wood. Domaine de l'Echevin covers 14,5 ha. in Saint Maurice.

The vineyards from both domains are certified agriculture biologique from 2012.

From Florane

Cotes du Rhone Village Visan Florane
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. 
50% aged in 2-years-old barriques or in demi-muids for about 6 months and then togehter with the other part in cement tank until bottling after 10-12 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Visan Terre Pourpre
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre. 
Aged in 0ne-year-old barriques for about 12 months.

From Domaine de l'Echevin

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice
35% Grenache and 65% Syrah. 
Grenache aged in tank and Syrah for about 12 months in two-years-old barriques.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Guillaume de Rouville
95% Syrah and 5% Grenache. Aged for 12-18 months in one wines barriques.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Blanc Guillaume de Rouville
The main share is Grenache Blanc together with Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne. Fermentation and ageing in one wines barriques.
