The owners grand-father purchased the domain in 1938.
Today 15 ha Vinsobres and 5 ha cotes du Rhone belong to the property.
1/3 of the production is sold in bulk.

The following cuvées of Vinsobres are made:

Vieilles Vignes Jean Vinson
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. 75% is aged in 5 years old barrels and the rest in tank.

Cuvée Charles Joseph
60% Syrah and 40% Grenache. Syrah is aged in new barrels and Grenache in 1-2 years old barrels.

Domaine du Moulin Cuvée + +
60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. This cuvée is aged for 12 months in 2 years old barrels.
