A neighbouring estate of 30 ha. (Domaine de la Biscarelle) was also bought by Perrin in 2000. Since then further vineyards havde been bought bringing the holdings in Vinsobres up to 60 ha situated in one block at an average altitude of 300 m in an area called Les Cornuds.
The vinification takes place in Perrin's modern vinification fascilities in Jonquières.

Vinsobres Les Cornuds
50% Grenache and 50% Syrah.
Grenache are vinified in steel tank, and Syrah is fermented in trunkcated wooden tanks and some of the Syrah then aged in one-years-old barriques for 12 months.

Vinsobres Les Hauts de Julien
From a parcel with 90-years-old, mixed planted vith Grenache and Syrah which are vinified together 15% of the blend is aged in barriquesfor 12 months.

Robert Parker describes vintage 2010 this way:
"The super-concentrated, superb 2010 Vinsobres les Hauts de Julien has off-the-charts richness. Floral notes intermixed with blueberry, blackberry, boysenberry, licorice, truffle and camphor are all present in this superb wine, with is inky bluish/purple to the rim, extremely full-bodied, with great acid and sweet but abundant tannin. This is a wine for patient connoisseurs/partisans of southern Rhône wines. Forget it for 4-5 years and drink it over the following two decades." 93/100.
