Vinsobres, 22 ha Cotes du Rhone, 14 ha. Cotes
du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu and 9 ha Vin de pays de la Drôme.
Only a small part of the yield is bottled at the
domain. The rest is sold in bulk.
Vinsobres
is made from 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre. The wine is aged
for 12 months in concrete tank.
In 2001 and 2006 was made a Vinsobres
Cuvée Papé Paul from 50 years old vines situated on a single slope with 60%
Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 20% Mourvèdre. The yield was only 18 hl/ha. This
cuvée was also aged in concrete tank.
