The domain was established in 2004. Until then the
fields belonged to Jean Ezingard Domaine Les Aussilons. As the retirement was in sight
Jean Ezingard sold his fields in Vinsobres to a Belgian business man Gérard
Constant who for many years had a dream of becoming a wine grower and had been
visiting wine schools in Bourgundy and in Suse-la-Rousse.
Together with Denise Duquesnoy he purchased the fields in Vinsobres in 2004, 10
ha of which 7 ha are AOC Vinsobres and the

60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. 25 hl./ha. Matured in steel tank.
Vinsobres Cuvée Confidence
Syrah-dominated blend. Aged for 12 months in barriques.
Vinsobres In Fine
Eqaul shares of Grenache and Syrah. 20 hl./ha. Aged for 12 months in barriques. Only made in very exceptionel vintages.
Cotes du Rhone Village
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone Village Lou Combaou
50% Grenache and 50% Syrah.
