Until 2001 the whole production was sold in bulk.
The 18 hectares of
vineyards are under convertion into agriculture bilolgique.
Wines:
Vinsobres
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. Aged in 2-3-years-old barriques for 8-10 months.
Vinsobres La Grande Chloé
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. Fermentation and maceration take place in barrels
and last for about 3 months. After that press of the must and ageing continues
for 8-10 months.
Cotes du Rhone Village Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc and 50% Clairette. Aged in barriques sur lie for 8
months.
Cotes du Rhone
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone Rosé
Grenache and Cinsault. Saignée
Vin de pays de la Drome Antonin
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
