The Sauvayre family has lived at the place since 1800. Christian became the owner in 1978 and decided, that wine should be the main crop at the property. Today he has 42 ha: Cotes du Rhone, Vinsobres and Cotes du Rhone Village.  
Since 2012 the vineyards are certified agriculture bilogique.
