The oenologs from the cooperative follow the work in the fields of the producers and advise what they can do to get the best price for their grapes, when they are delivered after harvest.
The price is depending of the quality of the grapes - four categories. Not only the sugar level but also the other qualities as age of the vines and the situation of the parcel from where the grapes are coming.
New cuvées of Vinsobres and Cotes du Rhone from vineyards certified as agriculture biologique has been released since vintage 2012. For these wines the grapes were delivered from 7 members with 50 ha. From 2014 it is expected that 20 members will deliver grapes for AB-wines from 60 ha. Vinsobres and 120 ha. Cotes du Rhone.
