bought the domain in 2007 and sold the grapes for the first two years.
The first vintage
bottled at the domain was 2009.
The estate covers 16
ha. planted with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan.
The age of
the vines are 25-60 years and the yield is kept around 28 hl./ha.
Conversion
into agriculture biologique started in 2009.
Wines
Ventoux Cuvée Matines
2010: 65% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 15% Syrah
Ventoux Rosé
2010: 50% Grenache and 50% Cinsault. 5% fermented and aged in barriques.
