The domain has belonged to the Gontier family since a forefather went back to France from Algeria. In Algeria he had produced  root stocks for wine plants (pépiniériste viticole). This tradition has since been continued by the family at the property in Pernes-les-Fontaines. The yield from the vineyards were delivered to the co-operative until 1993 when cellars were contructed and wines were bottled at the domain.

In 2012 the domain will be certified agriculture biologique.

Red and Rosé Ventoux is made from Grenache Blanc, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvedre. Ventoux Blanc is made from Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Clairette, Roussanne and Ugni-Blanc.
Also made: Vin du Pays single varietal: Merlot, Tempranillo, Marselan, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Muscat Petit Grain.
