The cellars were established in 2003. The vineyards covers 60 ha in Ventoux (Roussillon and Saint Saturnin les Apt) and Cotes du Luberon (Bonnieux). The fields of Ventoux were planted in 1956.

In the cellars you find steel tanks (950 hl), beton tanks (3525 hl) and some barriques - for Cuvée Prestige.
