The domain was established in the spring 2000.
Anna-Claire and Betrand purshased 12 ha with vines and built new
cellars.
The salamander is chosen as a symbol on the labels to underline respect
for the environment. This small animal needs an environment free of
pesticides
The vines, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, are between 20 and 55 years
old.
Since 2011 certified agriculture biologique.
