Sylvie and Franck bought the property in 2000 and sold the grapes until 2005.
First vintage with own bottling was 2006.

They make wines from 7 ha. 
The vineyards have been certified  "Agriculture biologique" since 2005.

All red wines are fermented by "macération carbonique".

Ventoux le Bouquet du Geant
55% Carignan, 25% Grenache, 15% Cinsault and 5% Syrah.

Ventoux L'Etoile du Repaire
65% Grenache, 20% Cinsault og 20% Syrah.
Aged for 12 months in 1-2-years-old barriques.

Ventoux Rosé La Flamme du Repaire
85% Grenache and 15% Carignan.

VDP Le Baiser du Geant
100% Carignan. 40-years-old vines.

VDP Blanc La Dame du Repaire
100% Ugni-Blanc. 50-years-old vines.

VDT Le Gri-Gri du Geant
50% Muscat de Hambourg and 50% Grenache Noir.
Dessert wine with much aroma from Muscat de Hambourg.
and grey colour from direct pressed Grenache Noir.

1/2 of the production of about 18.000 bottles are sold by direct sale.
