Anne Marie has an education as an agronom and Jean Luc as an oenolog. 

They purchased the domain in 1993 and started from the beginning biological work in the vineyards. Since 1995 certified  "culture biologique" by ECOCERT and in the second year (in 2010) in the course of being certified as "biodynamique"
The domain covers 18 ha. by which some fields were planted in 1928.

Ventoux Effet Papillon
Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre.

Ventoux Les Trois Pères
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Carignan.

Ventoux Cippus
60% Grenache and 40% Syrah.
Part of this cuvée is aged for one year in one-vintage-used barriques.

Ventoux Moltié Pleine, Moitié Vide
50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. Aged for one year in one-vintage-used barriques.

Ventoux Blanc Léonides
Grenache Blanc, Roussane and Clairette.

Ventoux Rosé Bois des Amants
Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre.

VDT Rosé Muscadin
Muscat Petit Grains and Merlot.

VDP Blanc ICI & Maintenant
Muscat petit grains and Roussanne
