The domain was run by Claude and Gisèle Saurel. They delivered the grapes to the co-operative until the son Stephane after finishing school of agronomy came back to the domain in 1998. After a year cellars were constructed and the first vintage could be bottled at the domain in 1999. The daughter of Claude and Gisèle, Isabell, has worked at the domain since 2005.

The work in the fields are organic "viticulture raisonnée". In 2008 a new windmill was constructed near the domain.

The names of the cuvées are names for different kind of winds - "en Provençal"

Domænet har været drevet af Claude et Gisèle Saurel, der afleverede druerne til kooperativet, indtil sønnen Stephane efter endt uddannelse på "school of agronomy " vendte hjem for at slutte sig til forældrene i 1998.
Det tog herefter et års tid, inden man i 1999 havde få bygget kældre og kunne vinificere første årgang på Domænet. Søsteren Isabell har siden 2005 også været en aktiv deltager i arbejdet på domænet.
Der arbejder efter oganiske metoder, "viticulture raisonnée". I 2008 byggedes en ny vindmølle, så også på den måde arbejder man "bæredygtigt".
