Laurent Favier is the third generation at the domaine. He took over in 2000 when the grapes were still delivered to the co-operative. 2001 became his first vintage bottled at the domain.

From 21 ha. the following wines are made:

Ventoux Les Gavots des Abeilles
80% Grenache, 10% Carignan and 10% Syrah.

Ventoux Garange
70% Carignan, 20% Grenache and 10% Syrah.

Ventoux Hommage à Louis Fayard
80% Carignan (oldest vines) and 20% Grenache. Aged for 14 months in barriques.

Ventoux Rosé Les Gavots des Abeilles
20% Grenache and 80% Cinsault.

VDP Blanc Les Gavots des Abeilles
100% Viognier.

VDP Safran 
60% Carignan, 20% Grenache and 20% Syrah.

VDT Rosé Le 6 Messidor
