In 1991 Joël inherited the domain from his father. He continued to deliver the grapes to the co-operative until 1999, but made his first bottling of his own in 2000.

In 2004 the vineyards were certified biological by ULASE " agriculture biologique".

From 15 ha. the following wines are made:

Ventoux Les Grandes Hommes
40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Carignan.

Ventoux Juste avant les Sangliers
60% Syrah and 40% Grenache. Aged for 12 months in one year old barriques.

Ventoux Rendez-vous sous le chêne
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.

Ventoux Rosé Rendez-vous sous le chêne
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah.

Ventoux Blanc Rendez-vous sous le chêne 
70% Grenache Blanc and 30% Roussanne.

VDP Les Herbes Folles
40% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 30% Sauvignon.

VDP Rosé Les Herbes Folles Rosé
45% Syrah, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Muscat petit grain.

VDP Blanc Les Herbes Folles 
60% Saugvignon, 35% Roussanne and 5% Muscat Petit Grain.

VDP Le gourmand de vigne
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah.

VDP Blanc Le gourmand de vigne Blanc
50% Roussanne and 50% Grenache Blanc. 
Late harvested grapes with purriture noble.
