Frédéric Dealy took
over the family domain of 15 ha. in 1991.
A cellar was built, and bottling at the domain started in 1997.
The name is from a lieu-dit Notre
Dame du Bon Reméde which means a good cure or medicin - explained this way at
the website:
"We chose this name because it provokes a laughter
and laugh is a good cure. It also recalls the much spoken about "French
Paradox"".
