A few years ago
the place was purchased by a Schwiss business man Werner
Wunderli, who has invested a certain amount of money to build modern
cellars and a luxury hotel, La
Coquillade, in the middle of the vineyards.
The vineyards cover 30 hectares, 8 ha of
Luberon and 20 ha. of Ventoux.
The work in the cellars is done by modern
methods.
Fermentation is carried out using the technological methode of Ganimede®
de Tecinox.
Wines:
Ventoux Autan
2009: 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah.
Ventoux Cuvée Maestrale
2009: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan.
Around 30% of the blend is aged in barriques for 12-14 months.
Ventoux Rosé Autan
2010: 60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault and 15% Syrah. Direct press.
Ventoux Blanc Autan
2010: 45% Roussanne, 40% Clairette and 15% Marsanne
Luberon Cuvée Petit
Miracle
2009: 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache
IGP Vaucluse Cuvée Tramontane
2009: 45% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Saugvignon and 15% Caladoc,
Around 15% of Cabernet and Caladoc is aged in barriques for 12 months.
IGP Vaucluse Cuvée Vent D'été
2010: 100% Syrah.
IGP Vaucluse Rosé Cuvée Tramontane
2010: 60% Syrah, 25% Grenache amd 15% Chenanson. Direct
press.
IGP Cuvée Alizée
2010:100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in new barriques.
IGP Vaucluse Blanc Cuvée Tramontane
2010: 50% Viognier, 40% Roussanne and 10% Clairette.
50% of Viognier and Roussanne is fermented and aged in new or 1-years-old barriques
for 6 months
