The Troussel family has for a couple of centuries been wine growers in the area. 
The first botlling at the domain took place in 1978. At that time the domain was covering 18 ha. Today wines are made from 52 ha.

Ventoux 
 Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre.

Ventoux
A second red cuvée aged in wood.

Ventoux Rosé 
 Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah and Grenache.

Ventoux Blanc: 
 Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette.
