Claudi and Robert Jacques purchased this property and at the same time 8,5 ha.
more vineyards in Ventoux. The daughter Carole married Fabrice Gromelle and
together with 8 ha. purchased by them the familiy possessions now covers 28 ha
of vineyards. 10 ha with table grapes and 2 ha with cherry trees also belong to
the property.
The word "oiseaux" means birds. The first vintage bottled at
the domain was 2000.
