has today 200 suppliers.
Grapes from around 1000 ha. are received for vinification, mainly from Bedoin, Saint
Pierre de Vassols, Crillon le Brave, Flassan and Modène.
1/4 of the wines are Vin du Pays or Vin du Table. About 4.5 million
bottles are made (including B&B). 15% of the production is sold in
tank (export) or vrac (local custumers or tourists)
The production of rosé is very important and 40% of all rosé
wine in the appellation is made here.
In the four communes only one private producer fully makes and
bottles his wine at his own estate.
The average quality of the wines are quite good for a
cooperative.
Premium wines:
Ventoux Gigantis
60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. Fermented and then aged for 12 months in barriques.
The name refers to Mont Ventoux
Géant de Provence.
This cuvée is made in cooperation with
Michel Tardieu/Phillippe
Cambie.

60% Grenache and 40% Syah. Aged for 12 months in barriques.

Ventoux Prestige
50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan. Aged for 18 months in
foudres.

50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. From a
single producer, Chateau Crillon.
