The vineyards - at least some of them - have been
in possession of the family since 1820.
Cellars were established in 1964 by the father of
Christian Gély who runs the domain together with his son Jean-Christophe.
The domain covers 30 ha. The main part of
the vineyards are in the Ventoux-appellation and smaller shares are Cotes du Rhone
or Vin du Pays.
Ventoux Tradition
75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 5% Carignan.
Ventoux Rosé Tradition
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
Ventoux Blanc Tradition
30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 20% Clairette and 20% Bourboulenc.
Ventoux Cuvée Spéciale
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. Grenache aged in tank, Syrah in barriques.
Ventoux Rosé Cuvée Speciale
80% Syrah and 20% Grenache.
Ventoux Les Essareaux
90% Syrah and 10% Grenache. Aged in
barriques for 12 months.
Ventoux Blanc Les Gressannes
50% Grenache Blanc and 50% Roussanne.
Fermented in new barriques and then aged with bâtonnage for 5 months
Cotes du Rhone Terre des Safres
60% Syrah and 40% Grenache.
Cotes du Rhone Le Lauzerette
85% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 5% Counoise. (Vieilles Vignes) Aged in
barriques for 12 months.
