Gilles Chaumard took over from his parents in 1991 having finished oeonlogical studies at the university in Montpellier - together with his wife Christine. 
Until then the yield had been delivered to the cooperative.
15 ha. belongs to the domain from where Ventoux and Vin du Table are made.

70% Grenache and 30% Syrah.

Ventoux Cuvée Campagnolles
60% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre.

Ventoux Cuvée Reserve
Grenache, Syrah, Morvedre, Cinsault og Carignan
From the oldes vies at the domain.

Ventoux Cuvée des Provinques
60% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre.
Same wine as Campagnoles, but aged in older barriques for 12 months. 

Ventoux Rosé
45% Grenache, 50% Cinsault and 5% Carignan.

Ventoux Blanc
Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc and Roussanne.

VDP Blanc
100% Viognier.
