Laurent Rogier's grandfather sheep-brider and wine grower bought the property in 1968. Until 2007 all wine was sold to negociant. In 2008 Laurent Rogier started to bottle some of the wines at the property.
In 2009 the 9 ha of vineyards were certified agriculture biologique.

40% Grenache, 40% Carignan og 20% Syrah. 4 weeks of maceration.

Ventoux L'instant-Nat
80% Syrah and 20% Grenache. Production 15 hl.

Ventoux L'instant-Porel
90% Grenache and 10% Carignan

Ventoux Rosé L'instant-Pille
50% Cinsault, 45% Grenache and 5% Carignan

80% Grenache Blanc and 20% Ugni Blanc
