In 1919 Damien Marres' grandfather returned from the war and decided to convert the brush facory at his family's place into a winery. After him a son took over and in 2005 Damien Marres took over from his oncle.

The domains is covering 45 ha. situated at an altitude of 390-420 m in Valreas. The vineyards have for many years been cultivated organicly and are certified agriculture biologique.
None of the wines are aged in barrels.
