Olivier Peuchot purchased the domain in 1999 and built new cellars. 
An educated oenolog Thierry Sansot is responsible for making the wines.

The domain covers 44 ha.
3 ha. are planted with 65-years-old Grenache, 25 ha. with 30-years old vines and the rest with 10-years-old vines.
The vineyards are since 2011 during conversion into agriculture biologique.

50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. Syrah: macération carbonique

70% Grenache and 30% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc  
50% Roussanne and 50% Viognier. 10% of Roussanne is fermented in barriques.
