The Chudzikiewicz family arrived to Rhone from Poland in the 19^th century. A man from the family married a daughter from Amouriers in Vacqueyras.

Jocelyn Chudzikiewicz who was an educated oenolog took over from his father in 1979 and ran the place until 1997 when he was tragicaly killed in a trafic accident. Patrick Gras worked in the cellars when Jocelyn Chudzikiewicz was in charge and today he is still the man who takes care of the details. A son of Jocelyn Chudzikiewicz, Igor Chudzikiewicz, is the sparring partner to Patrick Gras.

The name of the domain "Amouriers" is the provencal word for "mûrier" = mulberry, referring to the trees growing in the fields of the domain at the time when silk was an important source of income in the area.

The domain covers 25 ha in the appellations Vacqueyras (6,5 ha), Cotes du Rhone and VDP du Vaucluse.
In 2011 the domain has started conversion into agriculture biologique.

The wines are aged in cement tanks for a period of up to 18 months, except two cuvées which are aged in barrels.

70% Grenache, 23% Syrah and 7% Carignan.

34% Grenache, 24% Syrah, 18% Carignan,15% Merlot, 7% Caladoc and 2% Cinsault.

Vin du Pays de Vaucluse Val des 2 Rivières
50% Grenache, 15% Carignan, 19% Caladoc and 16% Aubun.

Vin du Pays de Vaucluse Hautes Terrasses 
100 Syrah. Aged in barrels for 12-24 months

Vin du Pays Rosé
50% Grenache, 30% Caladoc and 20% Cinsault.
