The name of the property comes from fallen stones in
the area. It has bee in possesion of the family since the 18th
century and is covering modest 3 ha.
Until Eric Bouletin took over the grapes were delivered to the
co-operative.
Wines
Vacqueyras Les Restanques de Cabassole
60% Grenache (80-years-old), 27% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 3% white
varieties.
Syrah is aged for 18 months in barriques. the rest in small demi-muids (500 l)
The parcel has belonged to the family since 1723.
Vin de Pays de Mediteannee Pichot
Roucas
Grenache, Syrah and Carignan.
The label shows how Eric placed his bicycle in his childhood - by a tree
in his father's vineyard.
VDT Les Grand Chemins
Mainly declassified Vacqueyras.
20% from the previous vintage. Matured in cement tank.
VDT Blanc Les Prémesis
Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier and Bourboulenc.
