Jean-François and his brother Philippe and the parents Evelyne and Jean-Claude all work together at the estate. Jean-François has an oenology grade from the Bordeaux Institute.

The domain covers a total of  50 ha, 4,5 ha Vacqueyras, 3,5 ha Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu, 2 ha Cotes du Rhone Village, 25 ha Cotes du Rhone and 15 ha Vin du Pays. 90% of the production is red wines. The total production is about 70.000 bottles per year.

Vacqueyras
60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre. Aged for about 12 months in foudres.

Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah og 20% Mourvedre. Aged 12 months in foudres.

Cotes du Rhone Réserve
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah og 20% Carignan. Aged for up to 3 years in foudres.

Cotes du Rhone 
60% Grenache, 25% Syrah og 15% Carignan. Shortly aged in foudres.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Carignan

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
Equal shares of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Marsanne.

Vin de Pays
