The buildings of Chateau des Roches originate in part from the 16th century. The domain name refers to rock formations found on site and nearby which is a special view in the area.
Pierre Seroul bought the site in 1997 and initiated a renovation of the cellars, so that it could be possible to
make the wines from the 38 ha of the domain, of which 24 ha is within the Vacqueyras appellation

Vacqueyras Cuvée du Chateau
2017: 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15 % Mourvèdre. 
A part of the cuvée is aged in barriques or demi-muids for 12 months.

Vacqueyras Vertige des Gouttes
2016 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre. 30% aged in demi-muids for 14 months.

Vacqueyras La Superbe
2014: 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. 
Aged in one-year-old demi-muids for 20 months.

Vacqueyras Blanc Cuvée Blance
2018: 25% Marsanne, 25% Bourboulenc, 25% Grenache Blanc and 25% Viognier.

IGP Vaucluse Rosé La Perle De Rosé
1/3 Carignan, 1/3 Syrah, 1/3 Grenache Noir. Press direct.

IGP Vaucluse Blanc Cuvée du Clos
100% Viognier. Lagret i demi-muids i 9 mdr.

The harvest is done manuelly as normal in the appellation. The vines are cultivated by organic methodes but not yet certified.
