The appellation covers certain parcels in 2
communes, Vacqueyras and Sarrians.
It's in Vacqueyras you find the biggest concentration of domains
and vineyards, even though three producers of Sarrians are among
the most famous domains of the appellation Chateau des Tours,
Montirius and Domaine le Sang du Cailloux.

Roussanne, Terret Noir, Vaccarese and Viognier.

Primaru grapes (cépages principal) Cinsault, Grenache,
Mourvedre and Syrah.
Other grapes (cépages accessoires): Bourboulenc,
