The buildings of the domain was former a small monastery from 12th century - from here the name.
Since 2003 the manager of the domain is Guillaume Dugas, who is a son of Alain Dugas known a former manager from Chateau la Nerthe in Chateauneuf du Pape and Domaine la Renjarde in Serignan du Comtat.
The responsabilty for the winemaking is today in the hands of the manager of Chateau La Nerthe Christian Voeux

The domain covers 34 ha. of Tavel and the sandy soil with big rounded stones  containing Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Clairette, Picpoul and Bourboulenc brings a production of about 160.000 bottles per year. 
Only one cuvé of Tavel is made.

Since 2007 a small production of Vin du Table from 100% Syrah.
