The 30 ha. of vineyard was purchased by
Jean Pierre Vanderpol in 2002.
His daughter and son-in-law Marie and Jean-Marie Popelin
got the responsability for the management of the domain situated in
the centre of Domazan in an old renovated cellar. Marie has started studies
and then Jean-Marie Popelin is on his
own.
Wines:
Cotes du Rhone Village Signargues Le Roussignac
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Carignan.
Aged in Steel tank. 50.000 bt.
Cotes du Rhone Village Signargues
Tralamont
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah from the
best parcels.
Grenache matured in steel tank. Syrah in barriques for 10 months.
Then for one year in cement tank 20.000
bt.
Cotes du Rhone Village Blanc
100% Grenache Blanc.
Cotes du Rhone Rosé
70% Grenache and 30% Counoise.
VDT Syrah
Aged in barriques for 10 months.
From vineyards in Signargues, but the blend don't meet the rules of the appellation
as it's a single varietal wine. 3.000 bt.

The cellers of Haut Musiel
is not quite easy to find but worth looking for.
In the centre of Domazan you find a small place with a church.
Here you also find La Poste and just opposite a green door - the
entrance to Haut Musiel.
