A part of the property has been in possession of the family for generations.
In 1996 some vineyards was bought from Chateau Bosc. In 2003 the name Chateau Rémillon was made. "Chateau" because of the land from Bosc and "Remillon" formed from Remy-Gallon.

25 ha, by which 19 ha. is in the Signargues appellation.
Only 10% is bottled at the domain (2009)

Cotes du Rhone Village Signargues
50% Grenache and 50% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
Grenache and Cinsault.
