In 1999 the young Robert Laurent started wine production in rented cellars in Vaison la Romaine. In 2003 a cellar was purchased in Rasteau and in 2004 the first bottlings took place at the domain.
The domain covers 40 hectares of vineyards in Rasteau. 
50% of the production is sold to the co-operative.

Three wines are produced:

Cotes du Rhone Village Rasteau
80% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre and 10% Carignan.

Rasteau Cuvée Aimé
70% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre og 10% Carignan.

Vin Doux Naturel Rasteau Doré
100% Grenache.

Cotes du Rhone
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan.
