Hervé Bessac is the third generation of wine growers. He worked together with his parents Geneviève and René Bessac from 2000 until 2007 when he took over the domain.

Ther domain covers totally 34 ha. in three communes Violès, Jonquieres and Rasteau including 3,5 ha. Rasteau, 7 ha. Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu, 13,5 ha. Cotes du Rhone and 10 ha. Vin de Pays.

Rasteau
85% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre. (Debut 2009)

Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu
70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre.

Cotes du Rhone
80% Grenache, and 20% Syrah.

Vin de Pays du Vaucluse 
Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan.
